Primary Responsibilities
- Evaluation and Treatment: Provide evidence based evaluation and intervention for pediatric clients. Develop and adjust individualized plans of care to ensure meaningful progress.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with families and collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and admin staff to provide coordinated care. Participate in team meetings and case discussions.
- Documentation and Compliance: Complete accurate and timely documentation that meets payer, Florida Board, and clinic standards. Follow ethical and professional guidelines.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
- Active Florida SLP license ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
- Experience or strong interest in pediatrics, autism, AAC, feeding, or motor speech
- Commitment to evidence based and neurodiversity affirming care
- Playful, child friendly, and strengths based approach
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Organized and motivated for ongoing professional growth

Full-time Schedule
- 4 days per week 8.5 hours & 1 day per week 6 hours, consistent predictable hours
- (open to flexibility with scheduling and some flex/work from home admin time)
Compensation
- CCC-SLP full-time salary range $70000 to $74000 depending on experience
- Raise opportunities tied to growth, leadership, and mentorship of CFs and qualified SLPAs
Caseload and Productivity
- Caseload cap 35 patients per week
- Typical schedule 25 direct patient hours
- Built in documentation and planning time daily

Federal Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)FSLA Classification This position is classified as exempt or non-exempt based on the salary basis and duties test requirements of the FLSA and applicable Florida law. Exempt status applies only when all legal criteria are met. Positions that do not meet these requirements are classified as non exempt and are eligible for overtime pay as required by law.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year
