Job Description / Responsibilities:
Twin Eagle Solutions (TES) is a specialized communications and infrastructure engineering firm serving critical industries including utilities, oil & gas, industrial automation, and municipal operations. We design, deploy, and support highly reliable wireless and wired communication networks, cybersecurity solutions, video surveillance and analytics systems in challenging field environments.
The Project Manager is a delivery-focused role responsible for the end-to-end execution of TES's turn-key infrastructure solutions, spanning wireless telecommunications, industrial networking, cybersecurity, video surveillance, video analytics, and optical automation systems. This role bridges engineering, field operations, vendors, and client stakeholders — translating technical designs and customer requirements into well-scoped, on-schedule, and on-budget deployments in demanding remote environments. The Project Manager owns scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality across concurrent projects, ensuring that multi-disciplinary builds — from LTE/5G and microwave backhaul to OT network segmentation, IP video systems, and automated optical inspection platforms — are delivered safely, predictably, and to TES standards.
This position requires a blend of disciplined project management, technical breadth across converged communications and automation systems, and strong communication skills to lead cross-functional teams and maintain client confidence throughout the project lifecycle.

- Manage field execution in remote oil & gas, energy, and industrial environments, including tower crews, integrators, and equipment vendors
- Ensure HSE compliance and safe work practices across all field activities
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Partner with engineering, HSE, IT/OT, cybersecurity, operations, and client stakeholders
- Lead vendor selection, subcontractor coordination, and material procurement
- Serve as the primary client point-of-contact throughout the project lifecycle
Documentation & Reporting
- Produce and maintain project plans, status reports, and closeout packages
- Ensure accurate documentation of as-built configurations, schedules, and financials in project management systems
