Based right here in Corsicana, Zenithworks is expanding! We supply high-quality equipment and solutions to the agricultural sector. We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and hard-working individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative.
If you know your way around a local feed store, love chatting with people in the ag community, and aren't afraid to pick up the phone, we want to talk to you!
What You’ll Do
Connect with Feed Stores: Make outbound calls to local and regional feed stores, agricultural retailers, and co-ops to introduce our products and build lasting business relationships.
Support Our Customers: Answer incoming calls and emails, answer product questions, provide quotes, and follow up on orders.
Order Processing: Handle order entry with accuracy and ensure our customers get what they need, when they need it.
Represent Zenithworks: Be the warm, professional, and knowledgeable voice of our company to the local Texas ag community.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
A Local Connection: Be based in or very near the Corsicana/Navarro County area.
Ag/Feed Background (A Huge Plus!): Whether you grew up on a ranch, participated in FFA/4-H, studied agriculture at Navarro College, or have worked in a retail feed store — having "dirt on your boots" experience makes a massive difference in this role.
Great Phone Presence: You should be comfortable making cold and warm calls, active listening, and building rapport over the phone.
Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with MS Office (Word/Excel) and email. We will train you on our specific order systems.
Self-Driven & Reliable: Since we are a small, tight-knit business, we need someone who takes initiative and takes pride in their work.
