Shelby Honda & Kia is looking for the best of the best to join our accounting team. We are seeking experienced Automotive Accounting Clerks who take pride in accuracy, work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment, and have a strong understanding of dealership accounting processes.

Responsibilities
- Post new and used vehicle deals accurately and promptly
- Maintain and reconcile accounting schedules
- Process and manage vehicle inventory transactions
- Prepare account reconciliations
- Ensure financial records are accurate and complete
- Work closely within a team environment
- Support daily accounting operations while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
- Previous automotive dealership accounting experience
- Experience in Reynolds & Reynolds DMS
- Experience with accounting schedules
- Experience with posting vehicle deals
- Experience with inventory processing
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
- A proven history of accuracy, reliability, and strong performance
