Klein offers a variety of bus charters and tours from Reading, Pottstown, King of Prussia and Philadelphia areas. Our motorcoaches are equipped with rest rooms, two way radios, DVDs, and WiFi. WE RECENTLY TOOK DELIVERY OF BRAND NEW VAN HOOL AND MCI MOTORCOACHES AND BRAND NEW SCHOOL BUSES - COME DRIVE OUR NEW EQUIPMENT!
CDL Class B training (with passenger, school bus, and airbrake endorsements) is provided free of charge for otherwise qualified applicants. Competitive hourly salary with no change in rate for layover time.

Pay $24.00-27.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate a motorcoach and safely transport passengers to assigned destinations
- Prepare for each trip utilizing maps, written directions, GPS, etc.
- Research and be familiar with each destination and route before departure
- Communicate with dispatchers to ensure trips are run exactly as the group leader or tour planner has specified
- Provide the utmost in customer service by maintaining clear and polite conversation with group leaders, tour planners and tour guides
- Complete driver paperwork and electronic logs during and at end of trip
- Perform complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections before and after each trip and whenever necessary
- Use electronic logging devices to maintain federal Hours-of-Service compliance
- Load and unload luggage when required
- Participate in all driver meetings, submit to all necessary testing, reviews and training
Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Licensing: Valid CDL ( Class B or higher), (P) passenger endorsement, (L) airbrakes restriction removed, and meet all DOT, PUC, and local requirements
- DOT physical exam and pre-employment drug test
- Must demonstrate an ability to safely operate 40 foot and 45 foot motorcoaches and a standard large and small school buses
- A satisfactory driving record
- Good interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Excellent map reading and directional skills
- Ability to work closely with others
Experience/Education/Requirements
- Passenger transport, customer service, or sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- High school or equivalent (required)
- License: Airbrakes Restriction Removed (preferred), Passenger endorsement (preferred), CDL Class B (or higher) (preferred)
- Work authorization in United States (required)
