Responsibilities
- Cook menu items to order, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
- Prepare pho broths, meats, sauces, and vegetables according to recipes
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain strict food safety and cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely delivery of orders
- Keep storage areas organized and stocked
Requirements
- At least 1 year prior experience in a restaurant kitchen
- Must be available FRIDAY and SATURDAY closing shift
- Must be able to lift/carry up to 50lbs
- Demonstrated skills in basic food preparation techniques
- Ability to operate various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- High willingness to learn and a hands-on attitude
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Valid CA Food Handler Card required within 30 days of hire
