Responsibilities

- Utilize e-learning platforms and digital tools effectively to create interactive lessons that foster active participation and learning retention.

- Provide clear, constructive feedback on student performance, guiding them through their language learning journey with patience and encouragement.
- Incorporate additional languages such as English, French, Japanese, or other relevant languages into lesson plans when appropriate to support multilingual development.
- Maintain detailed records of lesson plans, student progress, and assessments to monitor growth and inform future instruction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in teaching foreign languages, particularly Mandarin Chinese, with a strong emphasis on classroom management and lesson planning.
- Familiarity with learning technology, e-learning platforms, and digital tools used for remote instruction.
- Demonstrated ability to provide individualized instructions that meet diverse learner needs, including students with disabilities or special education requirements.
- Experience working with children across early childhood education levels and preschool environments is highly desirable.
- Strong writing skills for creating engaging lesson content and instructional materials in Mandarin and English.
- Knowledge of literacy education principles and experience in tutoring or one-on-one instruction settings.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods flexibly based on student progress and feedback; instructional adaptability is essential.
- Multilingual abilities in French or Japanese are a plus but not required; fluency in Mandarin is mandatory.
- Childcare experience or prior classroom experience working with young learners enhances suitability for this role.
