We're dedicated to providing our patrons with an unforgettable experience and are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Barback/Server.
Responsibilities:
- Assist bartenders in preparing and garnishing beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including cleaning glassware, utensils, and bar equipment.
- Restock and replenish bar supplies, such as liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice, during busy shifts to ensure smooth operations.
- Work closely with bartenders and waitstaff to ensure timely and accurate service to guests.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and delivering drinks in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cooperative work environment.
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols, including responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a barback or server role preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of basic drink recipes, cocktail ingredients, and glassware.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and colleagues.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be of legal drinking age in accordance with state regulations.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
