James Imaging Systems has spent close to 50 years building something most companies only talk about: genuine trust with enterprise clients across the Midwest. Now we're looking for the leader who will take that trust - and the largest revenue portfolio in our company - to the next level.
This is a rare seat. You'll own the enterprise territory across Wisconsin and Illinois, lead a team of tenured Major Account Executives, and carry the strategic weight of our most consequential client relationships.
What You'll Own

Full P&L ownership of the Major Accounts division across WIIL

Leadership and development of a seasoned enterprise sales team

C-suite and executive relationships with the region's most important organizations

Cross-sell strategy across Managed Print Services, Software Automation Solutions, production equipmentbeyond

Revenue forecasting, pipeline discipline, and performance cadences that inspire confidence up the chain

Competitive intelligence and new market expansion

A proven track record of growing enterprise or major account revenue - consistently, not once

Deep fluency in office technology, MPS, document management, or B2B enterprise solutions
