Title: EPA / HVAC / Facility Maintenance Technician

Pay Rate: $25.00/Hour
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs on manufacturing equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and facility maintenance.
- Repair structural components and support general facility maintenance, including moving equipment and outdoor cleanup.
- Maintain repair and maintenance records while ensuring a safe and clean work environment.
- Provide mechanical support to production personnel and perform other maintenance duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required; related continuing education is a plus.
- 1–2 years of maintenance, mechanical, or electrical experience in an industrial or educational setting.
- Knowledge of equipment/facility maintenance, power tools, HVAC, process piping, auto valves, exhaust/dust collection systems, and screw/belt conveyors.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, attention to detail, and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a manufacturing environment.
