Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or services that meet their needs
- Process cash transactions accurately, including handling cash drawers and managing cash flow
- Support retail lending activities by explaining loan options and assisting with loan processing and collections
- Conduct data entry for sales records, customer information, and financial transactions using retail software systems
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor to enhance the shopping environment
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Perform retail math calculations for pricing, discounts, and cash handling to ensure accuracy at all times
Requirements
- Previous retail store experience or familiarity with retail sales environments preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling, pricing, and financial calculations
- Experience with data entry and familiarity with financial software is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to handle cash drawer operations, processing cash transactions efficiently and accurately
- Knowledge of retail math principles including cash management and cashiering procedures
- Basic understanding of banking or financial services concepts such as loan processing and collections is advantageous
- Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment
