Position: Leasing Intern
Summary:
Launch your career in real estate! We are seeking an outgoing and motivated Leasing Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in property leasing and management. You will get an inside look at the full leasing cycle—from marketing to move-in—and play a key role in building a vibrant, positive living experience for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tour Experience: Greet prospective residents, showcase the property, and highlight community amenities.
- Frontline Communication: Assist with answering calls, emails, and online inquiries with top-tier customer service.
- Marketing Support: Drive community outreach, manage social media posts, and help host resident events.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records in property management systems and complete daily operational tasks.
Qualifications:
- Current student or recent graduate (preferred majors: Real Estate, Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-player mindset
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with leasing software is a bonus
- Ability to work some evenings/weekends (as needed)
Job Type: Internship
Pay: $18.00 per hour
