FujiSan Franchising Corp is looking for an experienced Sushi Chef / Training Professional to join our team! Regional Position — Extensive Travel Required
Position: Associate Regional Training Manager
Full-Time | Exempt
What you'll do:
- Train new and existing franchisees
- Support new kiosk openings & ownership transitions
- Conduct store visits and operational audits
- Ensure food safety and FujiSan standards
- Help resolve operational challenges across locations
What we're looking for:
- At least 1 year of sushi chef experience
- Sushi training experience preferred
- Strong communication & leadership skills
- Food safety / ServSafe knowledge preferred
- Comfortable with extensive regional & overnight travel
