We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling personal injury matters, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple cases and deadlines. This role will support multiple attorneys and requires someone who can work both independently and collaboratively throughout all phases of litigation.

The Role
This is a litigation facing role supporting multiple attorneys in active, complex matters.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing discovery, including tracking responses and following up on deficiencies
- Coordinating depositions, subpoenas, and third-party records
- Preparing and organizing pleadings, motions, and exhibits
- Maintaining organized case files so materials are complete and hearing ready
- Supporting trial preparation and in court proceedings
- Tracking deadlines and ensuring timely case progression
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of litigation experience
- Experience with complex personal injury cases
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple active matters and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Takes ownership of work and follows through
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
