Sales Telecom Partners, a sales and development firm, is seeking an Entry Level Sales Associate in San Diego to help customers access AT&T's services. The Entry Level Sales Associate introduces customers to AT&T smartphones that open new possibilities, data plans that keep them connected to opportunity, and account setup that launches their next chapter.
As an Entry Level Sales Associate, your training prepares you to help our customers find the perfect mix of plans. You'll learn how our plans let each customer choose their own plan, from premium to budget-friendly options for those who want to save. The Entry Level Sales Associate meets with our customers in person, learns about their needs, and builds a plan that works for everyone.
Role Responsibilities of an Entry Level Sales Associate
- Welcome customers and identify their mobile needs to deliver personalized AT&T smartphone and wireless plan recommendations.
- Showcase the benefits of AT&T devices and wireless services through engaging product demonstrations that support informed purchasing decisions.
- Help customers compare smartphone models, data plans, and account options based on performance, features, and budget.
- Process new wireless accounts, upgrades, and service changes while ensuring accuracy and a seamless customer experience.
- Strengthen customer confidence by explaining device functionality, wireless features, and available service options in clear, practical terms.
- Support sales campaigns by promoting featured smartphones, limited-time offers, and value-driven wireless solutions.
