Coordinates and performs effective patient care utilizing the nursing process and accepted standards of care. Performs chemotherapy and infusion administration, physician assistance, information gathering, sample collection, patient education, patient follow-up, supply maintenance, and consultation.
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Current licensure as registered nurse in Missouri or registry eligible (Graduate nurse must obtain licensure within 3 months of graduation)
- 1 year experience in infusion and/or chemotherapy preferred
- Maintains Basic Life Support validation
- Successful implementation of nursing knowledge/process
- Demonstrates skill in area of specialty
- ACLS required or obtained within six (6) months
- Chemotherapy certification required or obtained within one (1) year
Location: Hannibal Regional Healthcare System · Infusion Center
Schedule: PRN, Days, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
