We are seeking a reliable and motivated 3-Axis CNC Machine Operator to join our growing countertop and millwork shop. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced production environment where quality and attention to detail are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a 3-axis CNC machine to produce countertop and millwork components.
- Load, unload, and inspect materials and finished parts.
- Follow production schedules and work orders accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work safely while meeting production goals.
Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills and the ability to comfortably use a PC.
- Willingness and ability to learn new CNC software and operating procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, continuous production environment.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing 50 lbs. or more.
- Previous CNC experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude.
