Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Procurement Agent to join our 737 Engine Management team in Renton, Washington.

Position Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement and supply‑chain strategies for engine program
Manage supplier technical performance, qualifications, and non‑conformance resolution
Partner closely with Program teams and the engine company to align priorities, resolve technical and schedule issues, and support production/readiness activities
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing and Logistics to ensure production readiness and resolve supplier‑related technical issues
Identify and mitigate supply‑chain risks (capacity, single source, obsolescence); maintain forecasts and supplier scorecard
Manage engine allocations to support baseline production requirements and emergent needs
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
5+ years of experience performing research and analysis on processes, applications, systems, and data to identify functional requirements for application or system design
2+ years of experience with business process modeling, process management, integrated systems thinking, and/or process improvement methods
2+ years of experience in SAP or other ERP system implementations
Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally 25%
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Level 4: 9+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
9+ years of experience performing research and analysis on processes, applications, systems, and data to identify functional requirements for application or system design
Ability to integrate cross-functionally
Experience driving execution with evolving information
Ability to communicate change status and risk to leadership
Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Summary Pay Range:
Level 3: $101,150 - $111,860
Level 4: $126,650 - $140,060
