As a Bearing Assembly Technician, you'll assemble, rebuild, and inspect rotating equipment bearings that support drilling operations around the world. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help ensure our equipment performs safely and reliably in demanding environments.
- Assemble and rebuild oilfield bearing assemblies.
- Inspect components for wear, damage, and defects.
- Measure bearing clearances and critical dimensions using precision measuring tools.
- Install seals, races, rollers, retainers, and hardware to specification.
- Follow engineering drawings and assembly procedures.
- Complete quality inspections and required documentation.
- Troubleshoot failed components and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and assembly experience.
- Experience using precision measuring tools.
- Ability to read assembly drawings and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Oilfield equipment experience is a plus, but we're willing to train motivated candidates.
