Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Full-Time)
Starting Salary: $70,000 annually (based on experience)
Location: Divine Savior Therapies (DST) in conjunction with Divine Savior School (DSS)
The BCBA will work collaboratively with the Clinical Director of Divine Savior Therapies (DST) and the Director of Divine Savior School (DSS) to support enrolled students. This role includes the evaluation, re-evaluation, development, and implementation of individualized treatment plans within a Christian, mission-driven environment.
The BCBA will serve as a key part of a multidisciplinary team and will work closely with families, RBTs, and school/clinical staff to provide high-quality, ethical, and compassionate behavior therapy services.

Current BCBA certification from the BACB and in good standing

Current CPR/First Aid certification

Level 2 fingerprinting background check clearance

Ability to lift/carry clients (35 lbs+), bend, kneel, squat, climb, run, and perform repetitive movements

Conduct assessments and write treatment plans for clients with a variety of diagnoses, primarily autism

Provide direct ABA therapy in 1:1 sessions when necessary

Independently manage a caseload of approximately 7 clients (26 billable hours), including supervision, reports and parent training

Provide supervision and training to RBTs, including competencies and practicum oversight

Deliver weekly or monthly parent trainings, as needed or requested

Oversee daily data collection and ensure program fidelity

Evaluate client progress and adjust programming accordingly

Attend BCBA, RBT, and interdisciplinary team meetings

Starting Salary: $70,000 annually

Bonus available for surpassing billable hour requirement.
