A direct hire Bank Branch Manager opportunity is available in Pleasanton, CA for an experienced banking leader ready to oversee branch performance, client service, team development, and business growth. Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily branch operations while ensuring efficient workflows, strong compliance practices, and exceptional client service.
- Drive business development strategies to grow deposits, lending relationships, and wealth management referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, business owners, community partners, and internal banking teams.
- Manage, coach, and develop branch staff, including personal bankers, relationship managers, and support team members.
- Monitor branch financial performance, portfolio quality, risk management, deposit growth, and profitability.
- Collaborate with commercial lending, mortgage, treasury management, and wealth advisory partners to support client needs.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $90,000.00 to $107,000.00 per year.
