Location: The HUB Brooklyn (Jacksonville, FL)
Status: Full-Time / Part-Time
As the first point of contact, the Host sets the tone for the entire guest experience. We are looking for high-energy individuals with a professional presence to manage our front door and seating flow in a busy, upscale Mediterranean environment.
Greeting: Provide a warm, professional welcome to every guest entering the building.
Seating: Manage the waitlist and floor plan using our reservation system to maximize seating efficiency.
Coordination: Communicate with servers and managers regarding open tables and guest needs.
Support: Assist with menus, answering phone calls, and managing to-go orders when necessary.
Atmosphere: Maintain a clean and organized lobby and host station.
Outgoing personality with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to stand for long periods and remain calm under pressure.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Previous experience with reservation software (like OpenTable or Resy) is a plus.
