Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Beach Attendant/Jetski Tour & Operator to join our dynamic team at a popular resort destination. This role involves providing exceptional guest experiences through safe and exciting jet ski tours, maintaining beach operations, and ensuring guest safety and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a lively environment. Previous experience in lifeguarding, guest services, or hospitality is highly valued. Responsibilities
- Conduct thrilling and safe jetski tours for guests, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Assist guests with equipment rental, check-in procedures, and providing safety instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of beach areas, rental stations, and equipment.
- Monitor guest behavior to prevent accidents and resolve conflicts promptly and professionally.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, offering information about local attractions, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions accurately for rentals and tours while maintaining proper records.
- Support event setup for beach activities or special resort events as needed.
- Enforce safety rules related to water activities and beach operations.
- Respond effectively to guest concerns or emergencies, demonstrating conflict management skills.
Skills
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Experience with guest services, hospitality, or resort operations preferred.
- Lifeguard experience or certification is highly desirable.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately (cash handling skills).
- Experience working with children is a plus for family-oriented guests.
- Public speaking skills to lead tours or provide safety instructions confidently.
- Background in events management or hospitality enhances the ability to coordinate activities smoothly.
- Conflict management skills to resolve guest issues diplomatically.
