Prime Path ABA is hiring a compassionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for an immediate in-home ABA therapy case in Estes Park, Colorado.
This is a consistent part-time position providing five hours of therapy per day, four days per week. The case is available to begin immediately.
Schedule
- Tuesday: 3:30 PM–8:30 PM
- Wednesday: 3:30 PM–8:30 PM
- Thursday: 3:30 PM–8:30 PM
- Friday: 3:30 PM–8:30 PM
- Total: 20 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the client’s home
- Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA
- Collect accurate session and behavioral data
- Maintain clear and professional communication with the family and clinical team
- Complete session notes and required documentation on time
- Participate in supervision and ongoing clinical training
- Follow all company, ethical, and confidentiality requirements
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Reliable transportation to the Estes Park area
- Ability to consistently work the full Tuesday-through-Friday schedule
- Strong communication, professionalism, patience, and dependability
- Ability to pass all required background checks
