How you'll make an impact in this role:
- Deliver high-quality direct patient care as a Registered Nurse (RN), ensuring safe, evidence-based interventions aligned with organizational policies and clinical standards.

Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans, evaluating outcomes and adjusting treatment to optimize patient safety and recovery.

Administer physician and nursing orders promptly, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and advancing quality improvement initiatives.

Lead discharge planning efforts, collaborating with patients and the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe transitions and effective post-acute care planning.
What minimum qualifications you'll need:
Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of
hire.
What additional requirements you'll need:
- 1 plus year CVICU RN experience

2 years solid ICU RN experience (MICU/SICU/ICU/NICU/PICU)
