Wildflower Renovations provides maintenance and handiwork for A-class and B-class homes in Greater Atlanta. We contract directly with a local property management company servicing ~ 300 homes.
Depending on location and complexity, the maintenance tech completes between two and four jobs daily. Fieldwork includes minor home repairs, appliance installations, pressure washing, interior painting, trash disposal, vacant and occupied property condition reports and more. The position requires communication with customers, documenting before-and-after photos, cost and time tracking, and supply management.
Necessary Skills:
- Basic handyman repairs: replacing screens, doors, locks, trim, sheetrock repair, caulking, painting, etc.
- Minor carpentry, such as repairing decks, facia, siding, thresholds, etc.
- Minor electrical work (low-voltage/unpermitted).
- Minor plumbing, such as faucet repair/replacements, replacing toilet flappers, hose bibs, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a maintenance technician or similar work.
- Knowledge of general maintenance, tools, materials, appliances, and devices.
- Manual dexterity: lifting up to 100 lbs, standing or kneeling for extended periods, and climbing ladders.
- Problem-solving skills and clear communication.
- Must be able to use a smartphone to schedule and log job details.
Candidate Must:
- Provide own vehicle (mileage is reimbursed).
- Provide basic tools.
- Have a clean driving record.
- Pass a drug screening.
- Submit a background check.
- Be willing to drive anywhere in metro Atlanta.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
