Patriot Industries is seeking a dynamic and detail oriented Order Entry Specialist to support our Inside Sales Team. This position will be located in our Louisa, VA Location.
Founded in 2010 by Tom & Sarah Click, Patriot Industries is the only American Owned & Operated Family Business producing the full lines of Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Rigid Steel, and EMT Conduit Products and Fittings. The company has 3 Factories in North America…2 in Virginia, and 1 at in Pasadena TX. Patriot maintains inventory in 12 Locations throughout the USA and is aiming for significant growth in 2025.
Responsibilities:

Data/Order entry, process orders customer orders (SO), & process returns (RMA)

Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns

Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the Company's products and services
Qualifications:

Proven work experience in data/order entry

Excellent attention to detail skills
-
Demonstrates high level of accuracy in data entry

Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks

Highly organized
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively

Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

Experience in ERP systems similar to SAP, NetSuite, etc.

Proficient in MS Office

Experience in EDI, a plus
