American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Pediatric Hematology/Oncology position requiring Bone Marrow Transplant experience and chemotherapy administration skills.

Inpatient pediatric Hematology/Oncology unit at a major academic children's hospital
-
Patient population includes pediatric hematology and oncology patients, including those receiving bone marrow transplants and cell/gene therapy
-
Patient ratio of 1:2
-
Day shift, 4x12-hour shifts (7:00–19:30)
-
Every other weekend required
-
On-call required
-
Active Michigan (MI) RN license required
-
Current BLS certification required
-
Chemotherapy certification (ONS/ONCC) required; OCN preferred
-
Minimum 2 years of RN experience required

Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) experience required; experience administering cells is not required

Experience with chemotherapy and blood product administration required
-
Responsibilities include cell and gene therapy administration, blood product administration, chemotherapy and conditioning treatment administration, supportive care, and triage
-
