Your New Role:
This top-tier Portland law firm is adding to their team! They’re in the market for a specialized Paralegal with experience representing financial institutions in litigation and collections matters.
In this role, you’ll support a handful of shareholders in foreclosure litigation in Oregon and Washington courts as well as some creditors’ rights matters. The attorneys will rely on your help with drafting and preparing a variety of documents in OR and WA, namely pleading, motions, and complaints; legal research; coordinating service; and assisting with trial prep. You’ll be set up for success on this strong support staff with efficient processes in place and knowledgeable colleagues. The team works quickly and proactively, and they enjoy the complex, engaging cases.

After an in-office training period, you’ll have a hybrid schedule with three in-office days each week.
