Present creative ideas and campaign concepts to internal teams and clients
Ensure all visual elements align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
Stay current on design trends, advertising techniques, and industry best practices
Provide feedback and mentorship to junior creatives within the team
