We are seeking a licensed, motivated, and customer-focused Esthetician/Laser Technician to join our League City, Texas team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced aesthetic professional who is passionate about skincare, laser treatments, and building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform laser hair removal treatments safely and effectively in accordance with established protocols.
- Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and recommend customized treatment plans.
- Perform advanced aesthetic services, including:
- Hydrafacials
- Chemical peels
- Dermaplaning
- Microdermabrasion
- Microneedling
- Other medical aesthetic facial treatments
- Educate clients on treatment options, skincare routines, and post-treatment care.
- Recommend medical-grade skincare products based on individual client needs.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies are properly sanitized and maintained.
- Follow all Texas laser safety regulations and company policies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while building long-term client relationships.
- Achieve individual service and retail sales goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications
- Current Texas Esthetician License (Required)
- Current Texas Laser Hair Removal Technician License/Certification (Required)
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic practice preferred
- Experience performing laser hair removal and advanced skincare treatments
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and aesthetic procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance with a positive, client-focused attitude
- Strong consultation and retail sales skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
- Availability to work Tuesdays through Saturdays
