Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated salesperson to join our team. This role is not just about
selling vehicle upfitting services—it’s about managing the entire process from start to finish. The
ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales, customer service, and project management
to ensure each vehicle build is executed flawlessly and meets customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Sales & Customer Consultation
- Assist customers in selecting the best products and upfitting solutions based on their needs
and budget.
- Process retail sales transactions, generate quotes, and manage customer inquiries.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through follow-ups and excellent service.
Project Management
- Oversee the entire vehicle build process for each project sold, ensuring smooth execution
from consultation to completion.
- Work closely with our shop technicians, vendors, and suppliers to ensure accurate ordering,
scheduling, and build timelines.
- Provide customers with regular updates on their vehicle’s progress and address any
concerns promptly.
- Ensure every completed vehicle build meets quality standards before final delivery.
Sales Growth & Customer Retention
- Generate new sales opportunities by engaging with potential customers and building strong
industry relationships.
- Follow up with past customers for repeat business, referrals, and additional upgrades.
- Stay up to date with the latest vehicle upfitting trends, overland accessories, and off-road
products.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous sales experience in automotive, aftermarket parts, off-road, or vehicle upfitting
industries preferred.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple vehicle builds at a time.
- Excellent customer service, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle custom orders with attention to
detail.
- Technical knowledge of off-road vehicles, overlanding accessories, and customization
options is a plus.
- Experience using CRM software and project management tools is beneficial.
- A passion for the outdoor, off-road, and overland lifestyle is highly desirable!

● Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
NOTE: Some weekend work for shows and events as needed
BENEFITS:
