Job Title: Senior Data Analyst – Healthcare Analytics / AI & ML Projects

Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
· Analyze healthcare data such as claims, enrollment, audit, and operational datasets.
· Write, optimize, and validate complex SQL queries for reporting and analytics needs.
· Support the development and maintenance of reporting tools and dashboards.
· Assist with data validation, quality checks, issue investigation, and root-cause analysis.
· Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into data outputs.
· Support analytics work related to machine learning and AI use cases.
· Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, product teams, and business users.
· Help analyze model outputs, trends, user behavior, and performance metrics where needed.
· Support documentation of data logic, business rules, requirements, and reporting definitions.
· Work in a fast-moving environment where priorities may shift across reporting, analytics, AI, and ML workstreams.
Required Skills & Experience
· 6–8 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role.
· Strong hands-on experience with SQL.
· Experience working with large datasets and complex data structures.
· Background in the healthcare domain, preferably with claims, enrollment, provider, member, audit, or payer data.
· Ability to understand business rules and translate them into data logic.
· Experience creating reports, data extracts, dashboards, or audit-related analytics.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Ability to work with both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
