Located within the historic Frederick MD, the Pop Shop offers a fun and nostalgic experience featuring a wide selection of craft sodas, floats, and other sweet treats. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Prepare sodas, floats, and other menu items according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and workspace
- Restock products and supplies as needed throughout the day
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Previous experience in food service, retail, or hospitality is preferred
- Open Availability to work days, weekends and evenings
