We are looking for a motivated and organized Inside Sales Representative to help grow our customer base, manage incoming sales opportunities, and support our commercial team throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries, RFQs, and sales opportunities.
- Prepare and follow up on customer quotations and proposals.
- Contact prospective and existing customers by phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Qualify sales leads and identify customer requirements, project timelines, and purchasing needs.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with customers on open quotations and opportunities.
- Support outside sales and business-development activities by scheduling meetings and preparing customer information.
- Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, quotation, and follow-up information in the CRM system.
- Coordinate internally with engineering, operations, and management to obtain pricing, technical information, lead times, and proposal requirements.
- Assist customers with product information, specifications, availability, and order status.
- Identify opportunities to sell additional products, accessories, and services to existing customers.
- Develop relationships with contractors, tower companies, engineering firms, distributors, wireless operators, and other infrastructure customers.
- Track open opportunities from initial inquiry through quotation, purchase order, and handoff to operations.
- Conduct basic market and customer research to identify new prospects and projects.
- Provide regular updates on sales pipeline, quotation activity, customer follow-ups, and potential orders.
- Support trade-show and industry-event follow-up activities.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, account management, customer service, or business development.
- Experience in telecommunications, construction, manufacturing, electrical, utility, industrial products, or technical sales is strongly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking directly with customers and following up persistently on opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple quotations and customer requests simultaneously.
- Experience preparing quotes, proposals, or customer pricing.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to understand technical products and communicate technical information at a customer-facing level.
- Self-motivated, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with wireless carriers, tower companies, telecom contractors, utilities, or infrastructure companies.
- Familiarity with telecommunications towers, poles, antennas, fiber infrastructure, or related products.
- Experience with B2B manufacturing or engineered products.
- Experience prospecting through LinkedIn, email, and telephone outreach.
- Experience using CRM and sales-pipeline management tools.
- Bilingual capabilities are a plus.

This is an excellent opportunity for an inside sales professional who wants to develop experience in the rapidly evolving telecommunications and infrastructure industry and grow into an Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or Regional Sales role.
Pay: $55,811.79 - $67,214.20 per year
Work Location: In person
