What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional haircutting, hair color, styling, and consultation services
- Build and maintain strong guest relationships
- Recommend retail products that support guests' hair goals
- Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and continuing education opportunities
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming salon experience
- Work collaboratively with fellow stylists and salon leadership
What We're Looking For
- Active Pennsylvania Cosmetology License
- Passion for the beauty industry and guest care
- Strong communication and consultation skills
- Professionalism, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset
- Desire to grow your clientele and continue developing your craft
- Experience with hair color, blonding, balayage, extensions, or specialty services is a plus
