Essential and Primary Duties include:
- Receives and fills parts requests for customers both in person and via the telephone
- Helps customers with their specific needs
- Fills customer orders from stock using a computerized system
- Follows all company and vendor policies and procedures
- Receives payment, makes proper change, and wrap or bag merchandize for customer.
- Advises customer on substation or modification of part when replacement is not available
- Examines returned part to determine if defective, exchanges part or refunds money
- Participates in rolling inventory checks
- Takes inventory of stock and presents an accurate count to the Parts Manager
- Responds to request for service and assistance
- Keeps Parts room clean and free of clutter.
- Greets all customers promptly and courteously as they enter the Store and begin each work day with a positive attitude
Qualifications:
- Previous Parts experience
- Computer proficiency is required
- Team oriented and driven to provide a high level of customer service
- Very good interpersonal skills to work with customers in person and over the phone
- Bilingual -Spanish (Required)
- Physical ability to lift 15-50 lbs

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
