Job description:
This successful candidate will work with adults with communication and swallowing disorders at their private homes and assisted living facilities in the Holbrook, Bayport and Sayville area. This is a per diem position with the salary dependent on your desired number of hours. We're not able to accept CFY's.
Also looking for SLPs to service Nassau and Queens.
Responsibilities:
- Provides communication and swallowing evaluations and treatment to adults
- Writes evaluation reports, daily treatment notes, progress notes and discharge notes
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current New York State Speech Language Pathology license and registration
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with adults with communication and swallowing disorders
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
