We are seeking individuals who are compassionate and dedicated to servicing our customers. Must be punctual, responsible, and reliable. Applicant must be motivated to learn our process and systems. This position is a full time customer service and sales position and employee must be able to communicate with customer in English or Spanish and be able to offer our services. Great attitude is a must and employee must be able to work Saturdays.
Responsibilities:
- Quote potential customers and offer our insurance products.
- Answer client's questions about insurance coverage and discuss plans.
- Be detailed oriented and pay attention to detail.
- Maintain good relationships with clients.
- Take payments and make changes on customers insurance policy.
- Must be a dedicated fast learner and able to grow with the business.
- Must learn our products and services to provide great service to customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
