If you’re the person who can diagnose a problem, grab your tools, and figure out how to fix it, we want to hear from you.
Fielding Management Group is looking for a skilled, dependable Facilities & Maintenance Technician to help keep a diverse group of businesses running smoothly. This isn’t a position where you’ll spend every day staring at the same four walls.
Our portfolio includes schools, offices, restaurants, retail businesses, fitness locations, and adult day programs throughout the Phoenix Valley, with occasional travel to Tucson.
If you like variety, independence, problem-solving, and being the person who can make things work again, this could be a great fit.
Our mission is to empower businesses, foster connections, and drive sustainable growth while supporting the needs of our communities.
Because FMG supports multiple businesses and industries, our Facilities team gets something most maintenance positions can't offer: variety.
You'll have the opportunity to work across different properties, solve different challenges, and play an important role in keeping our businesses safe, functional, and ready to serve their employees, customers, students, and communities.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can manage their day independently, and doesn't need to be told twice when something needs to get done.

Some FMG-supported locations include schools and adult day programs serving children and/or adults with special needs.
Because this position may perform work at these locations, candidates must be comfortable working in these environments and must be able to successfully complete all required background screening.
An Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card is required for work performed at school locations.
We're not looking for someone who only knows one trade.
We're looking for the person who sees a problem and thinks:
“I can figure that out.”
If you're dependable, mechanically inclined, take pride in doing things the right way, and enjoy having something different to tackle each day, we'd like to meet you.
Apply today and bring your skills to a team supporting businesses throughout Arizona.
