Responsibilities
- Lead guests safely along zipline courses, providing clear instructions and demonstrations to ensure confidence and safety throughout the experience
- Conduct safety briefings and equipment checks before each tour, verifying proper use of harnesses and gear
- Maintain a high level of customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and fostering an energetic, welcoming environment
- Monitor the course during tours to ensure safety protocols are followed and respond promptly to any concerns or emergencies
- Manage guest flow efficiently, coordinating timing and group sizes to maximize safety and enjoyment
- Educate visitors about the natural environment, wildlife, and history of the area to enrich their experience
- Assist with equipment maintenance, inspections, and course upkeep to uphold safety standards at all times
Experience
- Previous experience in outdoor guiding, leadership roles, or customer service is highly preferred BUT WILLING TO TRAIN
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in high-energy environments
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with a proactive attitude toward guest safety and team collaboration
- Excellent time management skills to coordinate tours efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Teaching or instructional experience is beneficial for delivering effective safety briefings and guidance
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a lively and positive demeanor
