Front Team Members:
Greet guests, take orders, and prepare smoothies, bowls, wraps, salads, and toast. This role combines customer service with food prep and requires attention to detail and a great attitude.
What We're Looking For:
- Positive, team-focused energy
- Reliability and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable lifting 20–50 lbs regularly
- Willingness to learn and jump in wherever needed
- No experience required – we’ll train you!
Schedule & Hours:
- Part-time, 15–30 hours per week
- Morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Hours are flexible and based on performance and business needs
Pay:
- Front: $11/hr + average $4–6/hr tips = $14–$16/hr average
