RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and facility systems
-
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery
-
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues
-
Respond to equipment breakdowns and restore production safely and efficiently
-
Perform routine inspections to identify potential equipment failure
-
Repair or replace motors, bearings, belts, sensors, switches, and other components
-
Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications
-
Support production changeovers and equipment adjustments when needed
-
Complete scheduled maintenance activities and document completed work
-
Maintain accurate maintenance records and equipment history
-
Partner with production and engineering to identify recurring equipment issues
-
Support root cause investigations and long term corrective actions
-
Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance work area
-
Follow established safety procedures and maintenance standards
REQUIREMENTS
-
Previous industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
-
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
-
Experience working with manufacturing equipment and production machinery
-
Basic electrical troubleshooting experience
-
Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices
-
Experience working with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
-
Ability to diagnose equipment failures and determine appropriate repairs
-
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and equipment documentation
-
Strong commitment to workplace safety and equipment reliability
-
Ability to work effectively with production, engineering, and maintenance teams
NICE TO HAVES
-
2+ years experience troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment
-
PLC troubleshooting experience

Experience with industrial electrical systems
-
Knowledge of motors, drives, sensors, and control systems
-
Experience with conveyors, pumps, compressors, or similar equipment
-
Welding or fabrication experience

Experience with computerized maintenance management systems
-
Familiarity with predictive maintenance techniques
-
Exposure to Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement
-
Previous experience supporting equipment installation and commissioning
