The Sign Production Specialist is responsible for fabricating, assembling, and finishing high-quality signs that help businesses and organizations stand out. This role combines technical skill, attention to detail, and creativity to deliver products that reflect Signarama’s reputation as the sign resource for brands.
Must Have Key Responsibilities (Must Have Prior Experience)
- Operate and maintain production equipment including large-format printers, plotters, laminators, and cutters.
- Prepare and apply vinyl graphics, dimensional lettering, and digital prints for a variety of substrates.
- Assemble, finish, and package signs including banners, vehicle graphics, window graphics, dimensional signage, and lighted signs.
- Ensure all projects meet Signarama’s brand standards, quality guidelines, and client specifications.
- Follow safety protocols when handling tools, adhesives, and equipment.
- Work closely with the design and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production environment.
- Assist with inventory management of production materials such as vinyl, substrates, and hardware.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sign production, print shop, or a related fabrication field preferred.
- Familiarity with vinyl application, digital printing, and finishing techniques.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or FlexiSign software.
- Knowledge of sign fabrication methods including routing, laser cutting, or welding.
- Background in vehicle wraps or large-scale installations.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
