High-quality leads are provided daily, along with advanced CRM tools, management support, and a proven sales process to help you close deals and maximize earnings.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced sales reps looking for uncapped income potential in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Average reps earn $90K–$150K annually, with top performers earning $200K+.
This is an in-person position based in Miami. Applicants should be able to reliably commute to the office Monday through Friday.

Your Role
- Speak with clients and guide them through the funding process
- Present and sell business funding solutions including MCAs, LOCs, mortgage refinancing, and other financial products.
- Take ownership of the full sales cycle—from initial contact to closing the deal
- Consistently follow up with prospects to move deals forward and maximize conversions
- Build strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
- Manage your pipeline effectively using CRM tools and stay organized on all active deals
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience (required)
- Experience in MCA, business funding, capital lending, or other high-volume phone sales environments strongly preferred
- Proven track record of closing deals and hitting targets
- Comfortable managing deals from application to funding
- Experience using a CRM to manage pipeline and follow-ups
- Strong communication, objection handling, and closing skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
- Excellent attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.

Compensation:
- Uncapped commission
