Position Summary:
The Plumber III Technician is a senior-level role responsible for independently performing advanced plumbing diagnostics, repairs, installations, and project work.This position serves as a field leader, capable of running jobs, mentoring junior technicians, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Accountability

Lead by example in workmanship, professionalism, and customer service

Act as a project lead when working with Plumber I and II technicians

Advanced plumbing and diagnostics

Diagnose and repair complex plumbing, sewer, and drainage issues
-
Perform installation, replacement, and maintenance of plumbing systems and piping
-
Troubleshoot and repair fixtures including toilets, sinks, urinals, faucets, drinking fountains, and water systems

Work on water, sewer, and gas systems safely and effectively
-
Drain and sewer services
-
Perform hydro-jetting, descaling, and mechanical drain cleaning
-
Clear sewer and storm drain lines using appropriate equipment
-
Operate sewer cameras to inspect, trace, and map piping systems
-
Identify system failures including root intrusion, breaks, and blockages
-
Field Estimating and Customer Interactions

Perform on-site job scoping and estimating
-
Communicate clearly with customers regarding scope, options, and recommendations

Identify additional service opportunities where appropriate

Ensure accurate documentation of work performed

Excavating and structural work

Perform or assist with excavation and trenching (manual or equipment)

Conduct saw cutting, jackhammering, and surface removal (concrete, asphalt, etc.)

Expose and repair underground utilities safely

Sewer cameras and locating equipment

Follow all company safety policies and OSHA standards

Deliver a Red Carpet Experience from arrival through completion

Qualifications and Requirements:-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Valid California Drivers License with a clean driving record
-
Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience (or equivalent apprenticeship training)

Strong background in commercial and/or residential plumbing systems
Preferred Experience:
-
Previous leadership or supervisory experience (Lead Technician, Supervisor, or Maintenance Manager)
-
Experience working in commercial or industrial facilities
-
Familiarity with related trades (electrical, carpentry, drywall, etc.)
Additional Requirements:

Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings as required

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Competencies (Knowledge, skills and abilities):-
Advanced knowledge of plumbing systems, service techniques, and best practices

Software Experience:-
Service Titan experience is a plus but not necessary.

Offered compensation: $85,000/yr - $150,000/yr
