Job Title: Floor Tech and Maintenance Assistant

Job Summary:
As a Housekeeping and Laundry Aide at Westwood Village Nursing and Rehab Center, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' living spaces. Responsibilities:
- Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning resident room FLoors, hallways, bathrooms, and common areas with a wet Vacuum machine.
Assist manintenance director with some moving and other activitiies. Every other weekend availability required . 40 hrs a week
- Assist with the maintenance of the facility, including taking out the trash and recycling
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
