Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Handle cash transactions efficiently while managing sales, tips, and register balancing
- Assist with food service when needed, including serving snacks or small plates in fine dining or nightclub settings
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender in a restaurant, nightclub, or banquet setting; fine dining experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with cashiering and retail math is beneficial
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving practices
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and inventory management
- Experience with catering or banquet service is preferred; brewing knowledge is an added advantage
