Job Title: Café/Concession Cook
Location: Scripps Birch Aquarium Café, La Jolla
Job Type: Part-time $20-$24 hourly plus tips
Job Summary:
Splash Cafe is looking for friendly and reliable cook to provide excellent customer service while preparing and serving food and beverages. Attendants will prepare food orders, maintain cleanliness, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all customers.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve food and beverages (i.e. sandwiches, salads, burgers, snacks, hot dogs, etc.)

Maintain cleanliness of workstations and dining areas

Restock inventory and supplies as needed

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Assist with opening and closing duties

Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries
Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old

Previous food service is required

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Schedule & Compensation:

Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
-
Pay: $20 - 24 per hour (based on experience)

Part time schedule with closing shifts 3-5 shifts a week

Scheduled shift times approximately 12:00pm-8:30pm
