,As an Assistant Onsite Staffing Manager, you will be embedded at a key client facility, serving as the primary point of contact for all temporary staffing operations. In this high-impact role, you will oversee end-to-end staffing processes including recruiting, onboarding, payroll coordination, and day-to-day management of temporary associates. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional client service, responding with urgency to staffing needs, and maintaining a steady pipeline of qualified talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts at all levels
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for temporary roles, from sourcing to onboarding
- Oversee timekeeping, payroll coordination, and issue resolution for temporary staff
- Act as the first point of contact for on-site associates, addressing attendance, performance, and HR-related matters
- Maintain awareness of workforce needs and fill open positions with urgency
- Deliver high-touch service with a focus on responsiveness, accuracy, and professionalism
- Provide reporting and updates to both internal teams and client stakeholders
- Be available for on-call support as needed to handle urgent client or associate issues
- Coordinate employee orientations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Experience in staffing, recruiting, or HR
- Experience in managing people
